Terms of Service
These terms govern our relationship and ensure clear communication, expectations, and service standards for every engagement.
1. Scope of Services
Widget Force Marketers provides digital marketing strategy, campaign management, SEO, content, and analytics services as defined in the project proposal or statement of work for each client relationship.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to assets, approvals, account access, and business information required to deliver services efficiently. Delays in feedback or required materials may affect timing and campaign performance.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are billed monthly or according to the agreed engagement terms. Late payments may suspend services until outstanding amounts are paid in full, unless alternative arrangements have been approved in writing.
4. Results and Performance
We use best efforts to deliver measurable improvements based on agreed goals and market conditions. While we optimize campaigns and strategy to improve performance, no guarantee of specific rankings, sales, or outcomes can be promised.
5. Confidentiality
We will protect business information shared with us and will not disclose it except as required by law or as expressly authorized by the client.
6. Intellectual Property
All strategy, marketing assets, creative concepts, and deliverables developed for a client remain subject to the terms in the applicable agreement. Clients retain ownership of their business assets, brand identity, and proprietary information.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with appropriate written notice as described in the service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding work and fees remain due for all completed services.
8. Limitation of Liability
Widget Force Marketers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where specifically required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the client contract is executed, without regard to conflict of law principles.
